Job Description
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Have to maintain factory accounts.
- Maintenance of petty cash, cash book/ledger, etc.
- Making payments by verifying documents and compliance with the policy.
- Preparation of receipts and payments account and ensure timely reporting.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly accounts.
- Cash disbursement & Bank correspondence.
- Monitoring and assisting regular /periodical depot inventory management.
- Perform routine accounting jobs like voucher entry, bill booking, cash handling, etc.
- Handling daily banking tasks including maintaining banking transactions & prepare monthly reconciliation statements.
- Perform VAT & TAX-related works including compliance with necessary regulatory formalities.
- Any other jobs as and when required by the management.
Educational Requirements:
- BBA with MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management from any reputed university.
Job Requirements:
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Power point.
- Good communication skills in English & Bangle.
