Job Context

  • We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on HR & Admin for Knit Composite Textile Factory. Who has substantial, experience in the following areas, He must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenge & deliver high-quality results.

Job Location: Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Job Responsibilities

  • We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced Leader to supervisor/monitor and control HR & Admin of the Factory.
  • Company seeking for someone who is dynamic, well organized, smart and who has experience in corporate HR & Admin and facing all type of Audit as BSCI, SEDEX, Wrap, Alliance, ISO, C-TPAT etc.
  • To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third-party social compliance audit.
  • Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall HR & Admin function of the Factory.
  • Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency Good knowledge and experience of Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social & Technical Audits. Handling multiple standards?
  • Quality, Environment & Health & Safety issue.
  • Preparing & developing the factories for buyers visit or third parties, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies.
  • Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization.
  • Supervising attendance, Leave Discipline issues and solves any dispute.
  • Arrange recruitment with strategies planning and ensure placing of right man in the right place.
  • Work closely with HR regarding hiring practice payroll and benefits disbursement.
  • To manage legal issue of the company.
  • To manage day to day administrative work etc.
  • Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
  • Good Knowledge about Time management

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)/LLB from any reputed University.
  • MBA (Major in Management/HRM) with PGDHRM will be preferable

Experience Requirements

  • At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in relevant filed.
  • At least 7-10 Years’ experience as an AGM, Admin & HR any reputed Industry.
  • Sound Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration & HR Functions
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile Factory, Garments Etc.
  • Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
